Today was a perfectly lazy day in yet more warm sunshine. I drifted from brunch to the piano, to writing and then watching 'House of Cards' before going up to meet Will, Lenka and Shannon for dinner.
This evening we celebrated our second birthday in two days - Happy Birthday Kristine!!! Our French companions treated us to a chicken and mushroom risotto with stuffed courgette. To follow up we had chocolate cake and a good old-fashioned sing song. It was an all round great end to the week, relaxing with good friends and fine food.
